Jenn Butterworth
Jenn Butterworth playing at the 20th Arran Folk Festival with Laura-Beth Salter. They blew me away! They have such gorgeous vocal harmonies and they made the playing look effortless. But biggest of all is the fun that you can tell they're having together and that really comes across to the audience.
This is now added to the Anna and Mairearad gig as the two best gigs of the year so far. In fact, this one might just top it, because I also got to see Tim Edey as well, and, perhaps best of all, it was on Arran so I got to go home to my own bed afterwards!
