On this Day in History - 2002
The day I got my first proper acoustic guitar, a Lakewood M14 in cedar / mahogany. It was this guitar that saw me transition into a serious guitar player and changed my life, quite literally.

Pierre Bensusan
L'Inoui, my favourite concert venue EVER, to watch Pierre Bensusan play, one of my favourite guitarists. Pierre's mastery of the guitar is incredible. He's one of the legends for sure. The thief of DADGAD!

This was taken during a 2-day photo course in Luxembourg. The instructor had recently done an exhibition of reflection shots and we spent a while down by the river in the lower part of Lux City trying out different techniques. I love how this shot came out.
On this day in History - 2007
I had a lot of fun playing with the teacher's macro lens. This bush was teeming with bees. I used the flash in order to get a faster shutter speed, otherwise they were all blurred.

This area on the edge of the city had some of the best street art I've ever seen.
